Kite Flying!



2BP have been busy making and decorating kites as part of our Eye on China Unit this term. Did you know that the Chinese people invented kites around 3000 years ago. Today we finally put the finishing touches on our kites and took them out onto the oval for a test. WOW! Did they fly? Yes they did.

    HI 2BP, I really liked making my kite. It is black and red and a diamond shape. I still need to finish it but can't wait to fly it.

    Hi 2BP. Did you know we took a sneek peek at your kite flying and it was really cool. I wonder if the grade two could all go kite flying together, what do you think?
