MINIBEASTs :)

We have begun to learn about minibeasts and already the children have discoveder much!

I have learnt that minibeasts are small creatures that are invertibrates - do not have a backbone.

We have all got a pet minibeast that we keep on our desk! No, no do not fear they are plastic! They are cute and keep us interested and yet safe as we study them.

Already we as a class are beginning to notice there are many, many minibeasts everywhere!

Have you found anything interesting lately?

I saw some Silverfish under my house in the holidays. I wonder what they like to eat? Do you think it might be grapes and grass like the Earwig?

Hi 2BP

We are learning about minibeasts too. A spider is a minibeast and so is a scorpion. It is fun to have our own minibeasts.
