Yesterday 2BP went on a Moreton Bay Adventure to the waterfront. We started by visiting the National Parks Office and listened to Darren who is a Park Ranger for Moreton Bay Marine Park. Darren told us about how special the Bay is and we saw some great pictures taken by photographers underwater.
Next we explored the waters of Moreton Bay with Mr Mac who told us what lived in the waters of the Bay. He had caught some creatures which we had a close look at using science beakers. We even caught fish on a fishing line and saw a huge mud crab!
Our last place to visit was the Coast Guard and Mr F took us through the building and showed us all the cool vessels that are used to rescue people and boats in trouble on the Bay. He had some great stories to share with us and told us how important the Coast Guard is in keeping everyone safe on the water.

on thursday we went on moreton bay adventure we had a great time. we saw a man hoo told us about a mud crab.
moreton bay is a fun place to be some day I would like to camp there.

last week we went to the moreton bay adventure first we went in doors it was a lone talk next we meet mr mcferson he got out a mud crab it freeked me out then we ate our lunch then we had a little play and finally we went back up to school my favrite part was fishing and I also have a 2nd favrite part was walking in the water.

We had so much fun on our adventure on Thursday. We walked in the water then we looked at a big Mudcrab then we went to look at some Marine animals then we went to the Coast guard to look at some boats then we came back to play in the park then we came back to school.I was so tired after my long adventure. I likde moreton bay because we got to walk in water.and got to see whiteing.
on thrsday my class went on a excursion we went to the waterfront and we saw a big huge CRAB!!!!! and the person who had the crab let it out but he put it back in and a water ranger and we went in the conference room and we watched a short movie about the marine parkit was fun.
