MINIBEASTs :)

We have begun to learn about minibeasts and already the children have discoveder much!

I have learnt that minibeasts are small creatures that are invertibrates - do not have a backbone.

We have all got a pet minibeast that we keep on our desk! No, no do not fear they are plastic! They are cute and keep us interested and yet safe as we study them.

Already we as a class are beginning to notice there are many, many minibeasts everywhere!

We are learning about team worka nd am working towards a games' day of playing very own games that we have invented ourselves. What do you think about team work?

Longer than a Metre

We had fun today trying to find things that were longer than a metre! These are some of the things we found around the school that were longer than a metre... Can you leave us some more examples???? :)
