Maths

This week in Maths 2S have been counting forwards and backwards by 10s from different starting points up to 1000. Do you know what number is 10 more?

Hello 2S,

Well done on learning about counting forwards and backwards in 10s. It's amazing that you can count by 10s.

I remember when I was in grade 2 I learned how to count by 10s, counting backwards was a bit tricky but counting in tens more is hard. You are so clever.

Maggie one of your buddy's from 5S

hello 2S,

Wow that would be hard counting backwards and forwards, but after if you practice you can do it.

I remember when i was in year 2, it was hard for me too, the most challenging was count from a number to number, even when i didn't understand it i still tried

if the number was 125 if you add 10 on what would the number become?

hope you have fun counting backwards and forwards!

Hello 2S,

Wow that is hard to count backwards and forward like that!

I thought it was hard when I was in year two. The most challenging thing was maybe counting back from tens but with some practice I could do it so you can do it too.

So I want you guys to figure this out. If the number is 147 and if you add 10 what number will it be?

I hope you can count backwards and forwards too!

From your 5S buddies, Emily.
